Social media & digital marketing

Every channel, in plain English.

Five places your customers already spend their time. Here is what each one is for, and what we actually do on it.

Instagram

Reels and ads

Short video is what Instagram shows to people who do not follow you yet. It is the cheapest way to reach a new local audience.

We plan and produce the reels, publish on a set schedule, and put a small ad budget behind whichever ones perform. You approve a month at a time.

A real example
A restaurant posts three reels a week — one dish, one behind the scenes, one offer. Bookings from Instagram become a regular line in the weekly numbers.
What we do
Plan a month of reels in advance
Shoot or edit the video
Publish on a schedule
Run ads behind the best performers

Facebook

Videos and ads

Still where the widest local audience is, particularly outside the under-25s. Good for offers, events and reaching a whole town rather than a niche.

Facebook's ad targeting lets you reach people by area, age and interest before they start looking for you — and show ads again to anyone who visited your site but did not enquire.

A real example
A gym advertises a January offer to people within five kilometres, aged 25 to 45. Sign-ups come in for a fraction of the cost of a newspaper ad.
What we do
Page content and video posts
Build the audiences worth reaching
Offer and awareness campaigns
Retargeting people who nearly enquired

WhatsApp Business

Daily status messages

Your customers already have WhatsApp open. A daily status post — a flyer, a short video, today's offer — sits where they will actually see it.

We produce and publish a status message every day, with the flyer or video content to go in it, plus set up instant replies so enquiries never sit unanswered.

A real example
A boutique posts a daily status with one new arrival. Regulars message directly from the status, and nothing needs to be chased.
What we do
Daily status messages, every day
Flyer content and short videos
Instant reply setup for enquiries
Broadcast lists kept current

Google

Search visibility and ads

Two things at once: appearing in the free results because your site answers the question, and appearing at the very top because you paid for that slot.

Free search takes three to six months to build and keeps working. Ads start within weeks and stop when you stop paying. Most businesses need both, in that order.

A real example
An air-conditioning firm appears at the top for "AC repair" in its own city, April to July only. Nothing is spent in the months nobody searches.
What we do
Find the words your customers search
Fix what holds your site back
Google Maps and local listings
Search ads with wasted searches blocked

Twitter / X

Posts and videos

Narrower reach than the others, but the right place for announcements, industry commentary and being visible to press and partners.

Worth doing consistently if your buyers or your industry live there. We will tell you honestly if they do not.

A real example
A B2B software firm posts product updates and short demo clips. Partners and journalists start referencing them without being asked.
What we do
Planned posts on a schedule
Short video and demo clips
Announcements and launches
Replies and community engagement

The report you get every month

How many people saw you
Visitors and reach, compared against last month.
How many got in touch
Calls, forms and messages — counted, not estimated.
What each enquiry cost
Total spend divided by enquiries, per channel.
What we would change
One clear recommendation, and what we would stop.
